Step 1

Meet The Team

Remodel: Our first meeting will be at your home to view your project. We will have a follow up meeting at our design center to review your quote, purposed layouts, and design inspiration boards.

New Construction: We will invite you to join us at our design center located at 5377 Lauby Rd, Suite 100, North Canton, Oh 44720. We will discuss your goals for your home, plan design, and lot details.

Step 2


Talking with one of our loan officers will help you establish a budget you are comfortable with and help your builder guide you through your options for lot pricing, plan square footage, and custom finishes for your home.

Step 3

Lot Selection

Your lot choice will determine the size of your house footprint. Your home design should accentuate the attributes of your lot. Our professionals will help guide you through the testing process for your lot to confirm the soil conditions are suitable for building.

Step 4

Design Your Home


  1. You can bring your own plan.
  2. You can use one of our floor plans.
  3. We can design a custom plan from scratch - you will own the plan. (a non refundable deposit is required to get started)

Step 5

Make Your Selections

Our design team will help you prioritize your materials for both exterior and interior features of your home. We are here to be a resource and help you maximize the options within your budget.

Step 6

Sign Contract

Once plan design, general material selections, and pricing are complete we collaborate to confirm your contract accuracy.

Step 7

Make Loan Application

We will submit your signed contract and final plans and specs to the lender. You will need to provide any documents requested by the lender for loan approval.

Step 8


30-45 days after your contract submission the lender will clear your loan to close. You will sign your loan documents and close your loan with a local title company. Your construction process begins with in 2 to 4 weeks.

Step 9

Design & Construction Meetings

We schedule construction site walk-throughs during your process. This allows for full communication between you and our team which is the key to a successful build.

You will also have a general outline of design meetings for your specific project. Since design is a creative process and every clients home and needs are different we will establish a customized plan for you.

Step 10

Moving In

You will have your final walk through with your PH Design team member(s). At this time we will review your project and answer any questions you may have. You then will have a scheduled date to move into your new home!
